Rental Principles for EC Conference

Efo rents out its premises for meetings, association activities and other gatherings that are compatible with Efo’s mission and values.

When considering requests for the rental of its premises, Efo takes into account, among other things:
– the nature, content and purpose of the activity,
– whether the activity is compatible with Efo’s mission and Christian values,
– the suitability of the premises for the planned activity,
– safety and practical considerations,
– any impact on Efo’s own activities and operating environment.

Efo reserves the right to decline a rental request if the planned activity is not compatible with these principles or is in breach of applicable legislation.

Efo complies with applicable legislation on equal treatment and gender equality. By booking Efo’s premises, the tenant agrees to comply with Efo’s rules for the use of the premises and assumes responsibility for ensuring that the activities carried out comply with applicable legislation.
